Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a BIM MEP Specialist to join our MEP Division. The candidate will work within the project teams, in close collaboration with mechanical and electrical designers, BIM Managers, and BIM Coordinators, contributing to the development and management of building information models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within integrated and multidisciplinary projects.
Specifically, the employee will be involved in the following activities:
- BIM Modeling of Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems Using Autodesk Revit
- Model development throughout the various design phases, from concept to construction drawings
- Creation and updating of drawings, charts, diagrams, and technical documentation directly from the BIM model
- Management of Information and Parameters Associated with Model Objects
- Verification of the Quality and Consistency of MEP Models
- Identification and Management of Interferences Through Model Checking and Clash Detection
- Creation and Management of Revit Families and Parametric Content
- Collaboration with the BIM Coordinator and project designers in the application of the company's BIM standards and procedures
- Managing and sharing models within data-sharing environments and collaborative platforms
This position offers the opportunity to work on complex projects on a national and international scale in the office, residential, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and large-scale redevelopment sectors.
The following constitute preferential claims:
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360
- Knowledge of IFC and OpenBIM formats and interoperability processes
- Knowledge of Dynamo or other tools for BIM process automation
- Experience managing Revit parametric families
- Knowledge of UNI 11337 and UNI EN ISO 19650
- Experience gained at engineering firms or multidisciplinary design firms

PROSPETTIVA BMS is looking for a Proposal Specialist to join the Proposal Department. The candidate will oversee the entire process of participating in bids, tenders, and proposals, coordinating both administrative and technical-design aspects, with the goal of preparing comprehensive, competitive proposals that meet the required specifications.
Liability
- Search for and analyze calls for bids, bid specifications, and tender documentation, identifying administrative requirements and technical and professional criteria;
- Prepare and manage administrative documentation;
- Coordinate the collection of documentation with various internal and external stakeholders, including partners at RTP and specialist consultants;
- Support departments in drafting technical proposals, contributing to the development of improved solutions and the preparation of reports, drawings, and design documentation;
- Manage the uploading and submission of bids via online platforms;
- Manage the filing and updating of company documentation and databases;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, the quality of documentation, and consistency among the technical, administrative, and financial proposals.

Compensation: Based on experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering;
- At least 1 year of experience in bidding departments, design firms, or related administrative roles;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word; of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign); and of the main design and modeling software programs (CAD, Rhino, Revit);
- Knowledge of rendering software is a plus;
- Familiarity with e-procurement platforms;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of the Public Contracts Code;
